Prayers

I am asking all of you to say a prayer tonight for Mrs. P who at 23 just lost her husband, a Marine, to the war in Afghanistan. They just had a beautiful baby girl two months ago. Pray for strength for her and her family as she must go through this terrible tragedy.

The Movers Concert!

Sooo, I totally didn't mean to take this mini blogging break.  But life has just been crazy busy and on the go the past few days that there was no time!  It was nice though to just step away from pretty much all social media and just LIVE.  This weekend was good for my soul and I will be doing a few catch-up posts to fill you all in! The fun began on Thursday afternoon.  Way back in October, Skip and I heard that that Imagination Movers were doing a concert nearby.  You know, these guys from the Disney Channel... They once aired a concert of theirs on the Disney Channel and Little M is OBSESSED.  We have it saved on the DVR, and she wants to watch it at least 3 times a week.  So when we heard about the tickets in October, we were really tempted.  But we didn't know if she would still be interested in them, and with our trip to Disney, we were saving all the money we could. Resolutions

I've never really been that into resolutions. Sometimes I make them, sometimes I don't. But I would like to make a few and I figure if I post them on here I will hold myself a little more accountable for keeping them! So here are my resolutions in no particular order. 1. Just like everyone else I would like to work out more. I work out a lot, but since having Little M, it is not quite the priority it used to be. It is always easier when it is warm out, but I have been struggling in the winter months. I have jumped on the 30 Day Shred bandwagon and will be jump-starting that on Monday, and will blog about my progress! 2. Be a better blogger. I feel like I blog alot about Little M these days, but not really what's it's like to be a mom, which was the whole point of this blog to begin with. 3. Save more money. I would really like to beef up our savings this year and put away some money for the million home improvement projects I would like to work on! 4. Organize ...
