As the NFL draft is currently taking place the next few days, I figured it was the appropriate time to share some old photos of Emmy from the first time we took her to Giant's stadium.  For years our friends and I had attended the big draft day party the Giants held every year.  And when Emmy was 5 months old, I was beyond excited to have her join in the tradition! Yeah that's Howard Cross reaching for my baby! Sadly this was the last Draft Day party held this way.  They stopped them for a while, and now they're only open to season ticket holders.  But I'm glad that we got to bring Emmy when we did at least!  I promised Emmy we could go down and watch training camp this summer, and she's super excited.  I'm glad she's starting to love football as much as her mom.  Good thing I got her started off so young!

I'm very excited to be linking up with the lovely Becky today for her Show and Tell series!  Today's topic is all about my man Skip:) 1. Tell us how and when you met your love and what attracted you most to him. I met Skip August 24, 2003 at my best friend's house.  She was dating Skip's best friend, and they strategically placed us together in her backyard.  The first thing I liked about him was his piercing blue eyes and the fact that he smoked the same cigarettes as me {yes we used to smoke..I blame it on the young age}  We talked for hours that night and the conversation never lulled.  I can't tell you that I knew I would marry him that night, because I didn't.  But I did know I felt some sort of connection with him and knew he would impact my life somehow.  2. So here it is.  As of 4:56 am this morning, I officially turned 30!  I am sad to see my 20's go, because SO many wonderful and amazing things happened.  When I turned 20 I didn't even know Skip!  So as I go into this new decade, I only hope that the next 10 years bring as much joy as the last 10 have. But before I journey into this new decade, I thought it might be fun to take a look back at the past 10 years...it's amazing how much has changed! Beware...there are LOTS of pictures on here!
