Menu Planning
One of the things I have been trying to improve on as a wife and mom recently is meal planning. It's hard for me to get into a regular routine with it, since Skip is only home for dinner like every other week. I'm way more casual about what Little M and I eat on nights it's just the two of us, but I want to get better about us all sitting down and eating a good meal together when Skip is home. So last week I really buckled down and managed to make a nice meal every single night! And my new obsession love of Pinterest definitely helped to inspire me. So here's what we had {and honestly, I'm just feeling too lay to post all the recipes, but feel free to leave me a comment and I'll email you one if you want}
Tuesday: Mediterranean chicken wraps
Wednesday: Sausage and peppers
Thursday: Pasta with marinara sauce and leftover sausage
Friday: Buffalo chicken wraps
Saturday: Cheddar chicken and garlic risotto
Sunday: Crock pot mac and cheese

ReplyDeleteYUM! I'm the same way! I'm horrible about dinners. And I've only gotten worse over the last few weeks with Brad never being home for dinner! I need to start getting better about making dinner for all of us!
