Relaxation at it's finest

Saturday was our first full day in Orlando.  We were very lucky that a friend of mine {one of my old military boys!} lives down there and was more than happy to have us stay at his house.  Not only was it nice to not have to spend the money on a hotel for the week we were there, it was so nice to get to spend some time with him and his son.  We obviously don't get to see him that much and the time spent together was much needed and part of the reason I miss it so much!

We just wanted to relax and chill our first day there.  We grilled, ate pizza, hung out in the hot tub, relaxed with B and some of his friends, and sunbathed all day!  The weather was beyond exquisite, with plenty of sunshine, big puffy clouds, and 85* temperatures.  Long after the girls went down for the night we relaxed outside on the patio talking and reminiscing.  Absolute perfection and a great way to kick off the trip!

    Florida is definitely fun! It would be nice to have a friend there too! That is MASSIVE savings. Those hotels are EXPENSIVE!! Glad you had fun!

    This is exactly why we are crashing my parents vacation! They have a timeshare, so we don't have to spend anything on a hotel! HUGE savings!
