Photo Explosion

I have got a busy few days coming up in front of me!  Tomorrow Skip and I are taking Little M to the Imagination Movers Concert {OMG I cannot even begin to describe how excited I am to take her!} Then tomorrow night I'm heading down to Newark to pick up my friend B {the one we stayed with in Florida}.  I guess he missed us already as he is coming to spend the weekend with us!  We're also having a BBQ for him and 10 other of our friends on Friday.  Then my college bestie might be coming down to see me and the girls next week {!!!!!!!!!!!}

So I am super excited for all these fun things but also slightly overwhelmed today with all the cleaning, laundry, food shopping and prepping I have to do today and tomorrow morning.  So all I can handle today is a little I Phone photo dump.  My posts for the next few days will be spotty at best, but look for the *cutest* video of my sweet M tomorrow!

Baby C was fussing in the car the other day and Little M reached over to hold her hand.  I pretty much died right there

Future equestrian?

Hubs and I went on a much needed date night Monday night.  We hadn't been out alone together since Valentine's Day!  We went to see The Hunger Games.  It was everything I wanted it to be!  Skip really liked it too!  All-in-all a fabulous night out with my man

    M is so sweet with the hand holding in the car!!

    and the horse back riding! OMG I'd love to try it but I wander how my girls would react! Was she scared at all at first?? My kiddos are scaredy cats sometimes :(

Let's play a little game called "What's wrong with this picture?" I'm Coming Out too...Will You?

I read this article, blog, whatever you want to call it the other day and when I was finished I practically stood up and shouted, "Finally!"  To summarize, JJ Watt gives her opinion on being pro-vaccine for her children.  She backs it up with facts on how immunizations are really only effective with herd immunity, and that the theory that shots, specifically the MMR, cause autism has been disproven time and time again.  JJ Watt uses this article to "come out" as pro-vaccine, and encourages the rest of us to do the same.  The anti-vaccinators are the ones you hear all the time.  Now it's our turn to take a stand.  So that is what I am doing today.  I vaccinate my kids, and I'm proud of it . I try to stay out of the mommy wars as much as possible.  It doesn't affect my life if you co-sleep, formula feed, or clothe diaper.  Your choices on how you raise your child, doesn't affect my child in any way.  Except when it comes to vaccines....

Popping my Puking Cherry

I've been hiding a secret from all of you.  One I was too afraid to mention for fear of massive repercussions.  Until this past Saturday, I had gone 3 1/2 years of motherhood without a single puking incident. Sure we had our fair share of projectile breast milk and formula from each of the girls when they were babies, but that was it.  And that's hardly a big deal in my book.  I knew one day the stomach flu or something similar would eventually end up in our lives, but I rode out the puke-free wave as long as I could.{I also think I got to live without puke for so long since I had more than my fair share during my pregnancies} Enter Saturday.  The day of my sister's wedding rehearsal and dinner.  Skip, the girls, and I are all dressed up and ON TIME.  Something I used to pride myself on and something that rarely happens with two kids.  I had a huge diaper bag filled with everything I thought we'd need.  We hit the road and begin our hour...
