I am so very excited to be linking up with the *fabulous* Becky today. She blog over at From Mrs. to Momma and she is one of my favorite daily reads! I'm so excited to answer some questions so you can get to know me better, and to read all about everyone else!
 

1. How long have you been blogging? I started blogging back in January of 2009.  Emmy was four months old and I was the first of my friends or family to have a kid.  I was feeling lost and was hoping to connect with some new moms, along with documenting my baby's first years!

 2. Did you go to college? If so where, and what did you study? I went to a non-public school in Connecticut and absolutely LOVED it.  Some of the best years of my life.  I always knew I wanted to be a teacher and wanted to major in education.  However, in Connecticut you have to major in something else, and have a concentration in education {which is just about as many credits as a major}.  So in theory I kind of double majored in English and education.

 3. Where have you traveled? All up and down the east coast, California, St. Thomas, Barbados, England, France, and the Dominican Republic.

4. If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you would buy? Plane tickets to some tropical family resort so we can all relax while the lawyers take care of everything ;-)

5. What are your 3 biggest pet peeves?
{one}People who are late
{two}Those family stick figures on the back of people's cars
{three}People who are fake

6. What is your favorite movie? Notting Hill...such a classic.

 7. What is your drink of choice? Diet Coke...specifically a fountain soda kind

8. What is something you enjoy to do when you have me time?I love squeezing in a workout or taking a long walk.  I also like to read, blog, endlessly pin things on Pinterest, have long conversations with friends.

 9. If you could have a $10,000 shopping spree to one store, which store would it be? Target...do you know how much I could buy for that much money in Target?!?!!?

10.What day would you love to relive again? My wedding day.  It went by so fast, and was so fun..I'd definitely love to be there again!

11. If your life was turned into a movie... what actor would play you? Probably Kirsten Dunst, since I think we look most alike...but if I could pick?  Then Rachel McAdams

12. What are the jobs you had in high school/college/the early years?
-Baby-sitter
-Camp counselor

- School uniform store
- Mentor to high school kids
-Hollywood Tans
- Teacher

13. Show us a picture from high school or college.

My bestie and I...who also share a birthday!  I'm 21 here and she's 20 {and yes that's a virgin drink I've got!}

14.If you could travel anywhere in the world, all expenses paid, where would you go? Tahiti

15. Show us the most current picture of you or you and your family.

16. Where do you see your life 5 years from now? Very similar to where I am now, but with both girls in school and me working somewhere myself!
