30 Miles in 30 Days
Time for another week of accountability! Here are my miles for the week
Thursday August 8 - none
Friday - none
Saturday - none
Sunday - Shred level 2 no miles
Monday - 3.1 mile run
Tuesday - 2 mile elliptical / 3 mile bike
Wednesday - Shred level 2
Weekly Total - 8.1
August total - 19.7 miles
Okay, not a great week. I wasn't feeling well at the beginning, which is why I took a few days off of working out. If I'm serious about hitting 50 miles in August, I really have to step up my game. I have 30.3 miles to go in only 16 days. That's an average of just under 2 miles a day. Totally doable, with some motivation. Let's see if I get it done!
