Thursday September 12 - 3 mile walk
Friday - no miles
Saturday - no miles
Sunday - no miles
Monday - 3 mile elliptical / 1.5 mile bike
Tuesday - 2.5 mile elliptical / 2 mile bike
Wednesday - 2.5 mile walk
Weekly Total - 14.5
August total - 28.9
A bad cold and pinched nerve in my neck put my workouts on the back burner for the weekend, but I'm glad I got back out there for the rest of the week. And four workouts in a week is pretty good in my book! Ideally I'd love to make it to 60 miles this month, but I'm not sure if that'll work. But I'll be more than happy if I can get to 50!
One of the things that I struggle with the most is making sure I'm eating properly before I set out on a run. A hungry run is never a good one! That is why I jumped at the chance to try out their new chicken flatbread sandwiches.

But it looks like I'm not the only one that liked it!

ReplyDelete60?! Talk about raising the bar! You're doing an amazing job! Reaching 50 would be fantastic but if you reach 60 that will be beyond amazing. Good luck and I hope you reach your goal!
