Nuby Foam Animals

As Emmy is really loving her Nuby Foam Letters and Numbers, Charlie definitely doesn't want to be left out of the bath time fun!  So she was super excited when I gave her the Nuby Foam Bath Animals to play with!

Charlie is obsessed with every and all kind of animal these days, and was very excited to start splashing around in the bath with her new toys.  According to Nuby, "the Nuby Foam Bath Animals bring underwater creatures to your little one's bath time!  The characters float in the water and when wet will stick to the bathtub wall providing countless hours of bath time fun!  The fun colorful characters will delight and amuse your little one while stimulating their senses."

I love the quality of the foam.  It is bright, colorful, and has been durable enough to handle the girls fighting over each piece.  Because there are two of each animal in the set, we were able to practicing some matching skill as well, which I just love!
The girls love playing with these toys.  So much that they might find another set in their stockings so there are plenty more animals to go around!

Happy Thursday everyone!  I'll be honest, I almost didn't link up today.  Mainly because there's really not much to report.  Here's what I did:   Thursday September 19 - none Friday - nothing Saturday - 2.5 mile walk Sunday - nada Monday - zip Tuesday - nothin' Wednesday - no thing Weekly Total - 2.5 August total - 31.4 Yeaaaaaah...so that whole 50, maybe 60 miles I was hoping for this month is not going to happen.  In my defense, I seem to have come down with the plague and have been sick all week.  Saturday was the only day I felt kind of normal.  I always have trouble pushing myself when I have a cold to workout, and normally end up just sitting on the couch under a blanket instead.  I really do miss working out though and will hopefully be able to get a little something done to finish out the month. The Movers Concert!

Sooo, I totally didn't mean to take this mini blogging break.  But life has just been crazy busy and on the go the past few days that there was no time!  It was nice though to just step away from pretty much all social media and just LIVE.  This weekend was good for my soul and I will be doing a few catch-up posts to fill you all in! The fun began on Thursday afternoon.  Way back in October, Skip and I heard that that Imagination Movers were doing a concert nearby.  You know, these guys from the Disney Channel... They once aired a concert of theirs on the Disney Channel and Little M is OBSESSED.  We have it saved on the DVR, and she wants to watch it at least 3 times a week.  So when we heard about the tickets in October, we were really tempted.  But we didn't know if she would still be interested in them, and with our trip to Disney, we were saving all the money we could. What to wear in September

I don't know what the weather is like where you live, but here in Jersey the weather gets a little strange here once the calender switches to September.  It's still really warm during the day {70's and 80's} but it drops down to the 60's, 50's and sometimes even 40's at night.  And since it's post labor day, it's not exactly appropriate to be rocking all my summer favorites.  So this often poses a real challenge when it comes to clothes. The past few years, since I'm a SAHM, I have just lived in yoga pants, a tank top, and a zippie {a zip-up hooded sweatshirt} most of the time.  But since I have to take Emmy to school now, I don't want to be that frumpy mom standing in the pick-up and drop-off area.  Here are some of the outfits I've been throwing together.  I've been working hard on finding things that I can easily add or take away clothes as the temperature changes, instead of changing my outfit 109834598 times a day. {Sorry for the...
