January Miles

Welcome 2014!  A new year and a fresh start to start really wracking up the miles.  

Wednesday January 1 - 2 mile elliptical / 2.5 mile bike
Thursday - none
Friday - none
Saturday - none
Sunday - none
Monday - Ripped in 30
Tuesday - 4 mile elliptical / arms and abs
Wednesday - 3 mile treadmill / abs


Weekly Total - 11.5 miles
December total - 11.5 miles

Not a great week, but after taking so much time off in December, I'm just happy to be getting back into it.  I really want to not only improve my miles each month, but also try and add in a lot of strength training.  Time to get toned!  I'm also proud of myself for actually hopping on the treadmill yesterday.  I definitely don't enjoy it nearly as much as running outside, but with the epic cold and ice out there, I don't know how often I'll get to do that.  And I definitely don't want to lose the momentum I've got!
