I am really glad that I keep track of all my workouts {I have for years before this link up even}  It's a really great way to keep track of exactly what you've been doing.  I was feeling pretty good about my workouts over all this month when I woke up this morning.  But looking back, I really haven't been working as hard as I want to be.  Hopefully this motivates me to step it up a lot this week and I'll have some good numbers to share with you next week!!
