Closing Out April Miles
Time to close out April! Another month/workouts is in the books.
Thursday April 24 - 3.5 mile elliptical
Friday - 12 mile bike
Saturday - Shred level 1
Sunday - None
Monday - 3.8 mile run
Tuesday - 2.5 mile run
Wednesday - 4.5 mile run
Weekly Total - 26.3 miles
April Total Miles - 52.1
April workout total - 20
Not my greatest month ever, but I'm still really happy overall! This week was much better than last and I'm really happy I stepped it up a bit. With our Florida trip only a few weeks away, I have a lot more motivation to step it up even more. Let's hope May is the best month ever!

Holy crap...wha? 26.3 miles in one week! That's awesome!!! So proud of you for kicking butt this month despite the set back of sickness!
