I promised to step it up a bit in May..let's see how I did!
Thursday May 8 - none
Friday - 2.1 elliptical
Saturday - 3.2 mile run
Sunday - 2.7 mile run
Monday - Supreme 90 total body
Tuesday - 4.1 mile run
Wednesday - 3.4 mile run
Weekly Total - 15.5 miles
May Total Miles - 26.4
May workout total - 12
I really tried to focus on listening to my body, and yet pushing it a little bit at the same time. My lower back and knee have been hurting, so I've been taking things a little slower, and not quite as far as I'd like sometimes. However, I'm also not using a little soreness as an excuse to just lay around and do nothing. Yes, we want to make sure we don't really injure ourselves badly. At the same time, you'll never make progress if you take a break every time something feels uncomfortable.
