Rainy Day Painting

I cannot tell you how beyond excited I am that it is spring now.  That winter we had was never ending, and I swear it felt like we'd never be able to play outside again.  Thankfully the warm sunny days are plentiful and we spend almost every afternoon out in the fresh air.

Sadly we do still have the occasional rainy, blustery day that keeps us locked up in the house again.  Thankfully Emmy knows how to make the best of a situation and asked to break out her paints.  She wanted to make a picture for each of the kids in her class








She finished them up over the weekend and handed them out to her class yesterday.  What a sweet little soul she has!

First off I want to thank Kim over at Life As I Know I t for becoming my 100 th follower! I love her blog and just know we would hang out all the time if she didn't live across the country.
