June Workouts

Here's a little recap of what my June workouts looked like!

Thursday - 2.5 elliptical / arms and abs
Friday - 3.6 mile run
Saturday - Tabata workout
Week 3 - 6.1

Sunday June 22  - none
Monday - 3.1 mile run
Tuesday - 2.1 mile walk / 2 mile run
Wednesday - 2 mile run
Thursday - none
Friday - 2.3 mile run
Saturday - 1.5 mile walk / 1 week Shred strength
Week 4 - 13

Sunday June 29  - 1 week Shred strength
Monday - 3.6 mile run / 1.5 mile walk
Week 5 - 5.1

June workouts - 16



Obviously June was not my greatest month, but I'm really happy with what I got done considering being away and all the vacation prep.  Plus, I'm pretty sure I walked at least 10 miles a day in Disney....no exaggeration.  I ate a ton while away and still came back smaller.  Disney is definitely a workout all on it's own!  I've been struggling getting back into the routine of things since we got home, but I'm slowly getting back out there.  How do you keep up with workouts in the summer?

I think I'm just going to post my workouts either once a month, or every other week.  We'll see.  Let's hope July is right back on track with high numbers!

  1. You did awesome lady, especially with vacation thrown in there! I didn't log any miles from being sick the better part of the month! Gotta get back on track though this month!
