July Workouts
I'm not sure that Manda is hosting the 30 Miles in 30 Days link-up anymore, but I still like to post my workouts on here. One, they help keep me accountable and push a little bit harder than I would otherwise. I also really love reading when other people post their workouts. It gives me ideas of what other people do, and I'll sometimes incorporate other things into my workouts I got from them. So here's what I did in July.
Week One
July 1 - 2.4 mile run
July 2 - Jillian Michael's One Week Shred {cardio portion}
July 3 - One Week Shred {weights}
July 4 - One Week Shred {cardio}
July 5 - none
July 6 - Ripped in 30
July 7 - none
Total = 2.4 miles / 5 workouts
Week Two
July 8 -2 mile run
July 9 - 3 mile run
July 10 - 2.3 mile run
July 11 - Ripped in 30
July 12 - 3.6 mile walk
July 13 - none
July 14 - 11 mile bike
Total = 21.9 miles / 6 workouts
Week Three
July 15 - 3 mile elliptical
July 16 - 3.7 mile run
July 17 - 2.3 mile run
July 18 - none
July 19 - 3 mile run / arms, abs, leg weights
July 20 - 2.4 mile walk
July 21 - Power Yoga
Total = 14.4 miles / 6 workouts
Week Four
July 22 - 1 mile run / arms and abs weights
July 23 - 3.1 mile run / arm weights
July 24 - 2.7 mile run
July 25 - none
July 26 - none
July 27 - none
July 28 - One Week Shred {weights}
Total = 6.8 miles / 4 workouts
Week 5
July 29 - One Week Shred {cardio}
July 30 - 3 mile run
July 31 - 2.5 mile run / 0.5 mile run with Emmy
Total = 6 miles / 3 workouts
Total Miles - 51.5
Total Workouts - 24
So this is how I spent my July. I actually didn't feel like I pushed myself that hard this month. It's been hard to fit in workouts, especially long ones, with Skip working some crazy hours recently and both girls being home. So I just managed to do whatever I had time for. I'm going to try and go on some further runs in August, and really start using the weights at the gym more regularly.

You're doing awesome!! Since I've been sick for the better part of the summer...I haven't been doing any working out to really speak of. So I guess that's why the link up kinda fell on the back burner. Hopefully soon I'll be able to get back on track!
