Workout Wednesday
Welcome to another week of workout Wednesdays! I hope some of you are inspired to link up this week!
Here is what I have been up to the past week:
Wednesday September 24: 10 mile bike
Thursday: 3 mile run
Friday: 10 mile run
Saturday: 2.5 mile run
Sunday: arm/ab workout
Monday: 6 mile run
Tuesday: none
Weekly total running miles: 21.5
Weekly total workout miles - 31. 5
Monthly total running miles: 83.2
Monthly total workout miles - 93.2
Weekly total workouts:6
Monthly total workouts - 23
I was so close to getting to 100 miles this month, but I just didn't push hard enough over all. I do want to make sure I'm also focusing on cross training as well, so I don't get injured. I did take more rest days than I wanted to, so I'm hoping to keep it to one a week max next month.
